$10 Evening events are introductions to cutting edge work in the OD and Change field. Often they are previews or pilots of 1 or 2 day workshops. We're now charging $10 for our evening events to recover direct costs. Anything left over will go into an OD and Change Intensive program Scholarship Fund.

1-2 Day Workshop Series

These substantive workshops are on specialized topics we know are of interest to the OD community. Most are sponsored by CODI. Some are jointly sponsored by CODI and our partner, the Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC) of the Schulich School of Business, York University.

OD and Change Essentials

This 2-day foundational program provides an introduction to the field of OD and Change. It is designed and facilitated by Dr. Marilyn Laiken, one of our Academic Directors.

OD and Change Intensive

This 3-module, 12-day program is an in depth exploration of OD theory and practice. Each module is facilitated by two highly experienced OD professionals.

SEEC/CODI Masters Certificate in OD (MCOD)

The SEEC/CODI MCOD is the central element in the SEEC/CODI partnership. It consists of three elements:

• The CODI Intensive program;

• SEEC's four-day course, Business Acumen for OD Professionals; and

• The SEEC/CODI OD Practicum
