The CODI "Certificate in Organization Development and Change Intensive"
is provided on satisfactory completion of the 4-module, 4-day Intensive program.

This Certificate of program completion should not be confused with the Certified Organizational Development Professional (CODP) designation currently being developed by CODI; or with the SEEC/CODI Masters Certificate in Organization Development (MCOD), currently being developed jointly by CODI and the Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC) of the Schulich School of Business, York University.

This program will be offered jointly by CODI and the Executive Education Centre (SEEC) of the Schulich School of Business, York University. The program is expected to have four components, to be taken in the following order:

• CODI’s existing OD and Change Intensive program
• Three SEEC short courses (one each in Leadership, Strategy and Finance), selected from SEEC’s "open enrollment" course list
• An advanced OD course offered by CODI, and
• A mentored practicum, also offered by CODI

On completion, participants will be awarded the SEEC/CODI Masters Certificate in Organization Development.

In 2011, CODI will be introducing Canada's only certification program for OD and change professionals. An assessment board is presently being formed with members from across Canada. Assessment will consist of an exam, an interview, and a review of work history. It will be open to all, including Intensive or Advanced grads, and other OD and change professionals. Certification will provide the right to add CODP (Certified Organization Development Professional) after your name.

CODI is certified as an educational institution by Human Resource Development Canada, and can therefore provide receipts toward the Tuition Tax Credit for personal income tax purposes.
