Graduates of the OD and Change Essentials program, and the OD and Change Intensive program, receive certificates of completion.

The SEEC/CODI Masters Certificate in OD (MCOD)

This program is a joint effort of CODI and the Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC) of the Schulich School of Business, York University.The CODI Intensive program (or its predecessor Fundamentals) is the first step toward this Masters Certificate. Go here for more information.

Certified Organization Development Professional (CODP)

In 2011, CODI will introduce Canada’s first OD and change accreditation program, “Certified Organization Development Professional (CODP¬Æ)”. An advisory and adjudication board is presently being formed by CODI. Assessment will consist of an exam, an interview, and a review of work history. Fundamentals or Intensive grads with considerable experience in OD and change are invited to apply, as are other highly experienced OD and change professionals, whatever their training. Certification will provide the right to add “CODP”after your name.

Educational Institution and tax deductions

CODI is certified as an educational institution by Human Resource Development Canada, and can therefore provide receipts toward the Tuition Tax Credit for personal income tax purposes.
