OD and Change Intensive program
A 12-day program in three modules
An in-depth exploration of OD theory and practice

This 3-module, 12-day certificate program is designed to prepare you for the complex work of designing and facilitating organization development (OD) and change whether you aspire to become an OD professional, a more aware and skillful manager, or for those already in the field, to improve your effectiveness as an OD specialist.

The next Intensive program begins with an evening orientation on February 7, 2012. Detailed module schedule:
Orientation:
5:30PM–9PM Tuesday, February 7, 2012
Module 1
9AM – 5PM Wednesday – Saturday, February 8-11, 2012, with David Kelleher and Karon West
Module 2
9AM – 5PM Wednesday – Saturday, March 21-24, 2012, with Karon West and Diane Abbey Livingston
Module 3
9AM – 5PM, Wednesday – Saturday, May 2-5, 2012, with Diane Abbey Livingston and David Kelleher
This program requires an application. Graduates receive the CODI Intensive program certificate of completion.
CODI’s 2-day intro to OD, OD and Change Essentials, is highly recommended as preparation for the Intensive program. Intensive participants receive a 25% discount on Essentials, credited to their Intensive account. The next Essentials program is January 19-20, 2012.
Note that the Intensive program is also the first component in the SEEC/CODI Masters Certificate in OD (MCOD).
Fee: $6,300 (includes all materials, lunches and break refreshments) + HST
Upon acceptance, a deposit of $2100 is required to secure your place. A second payment of $2100 is due two weeks prior to Module 1, and a final payment of $2100 is due two weeks prior to Module 2. In your letter of acceptance we will provide a link for paying the deposit and the other two payments online, using VISA or MC. Alternatively, we would be happy to receive payment by cheque.
